Red,Red,Red!

This is the theme for week 21 at Scrapbook Sisters so I chose to make a Nestabilitie scalloped circle card. I layered up my red papers ending up with a red mirror card frame on foam pop dots. A lovely striped ribbon bow and a stamped sentiment

I thought that this week, instead of adding an image I'd make some simple felt flowers. They are so easy to make, just a rough circle of red felt cut into a spiral in the same way that you make the rolled paper flowers, finished with some stitches through and cut flat on the back to glue to the card. Aren't they scrummie!

I hope that you enter the "Red,red, red" challenge,
Thanks for stopping by,
Julie.x

Love, love , love those roses must have a try - struggling with the crochet ones - the skill of crochet has always evaded me - perhaps if there is a quiet 5 minutes on Saturday you could give me a tutorial????
