Totally Ladybug Tuesday

Check out this gorgeous little cutie, isn't he adorable and what a dream to colour! that Tams knew exactly what she was doing when she chose "Baby" as the theme for this week's challenge at Ladybug Crafts Ink, I'd like to say thanks Tams as this is the first time I've got to colour one of the LCI cuties.  Do check out the baby stamps, the rest of the set are adorable too!

I am hoping that the recipient of this name book has received this already, either that or she doesn't read this post.

It took a rather long time with the nesties and the Cuttlebug but I really love making these name books for new baby gifts. I used the gorgeous image from the set on the reverse of the W and on the lid of box.

I  nearly had a tragedy when I went to make the box as I'd lost the scorer for my trusty Fiskars trimmer, I panicked a bit then remembered that I bought a spare a while back,it's for a different model and although it isn't quite as good,it did do the job.

I'm using this gift for the following challenges:-
CES59,New Beginnings,
DSC77, Books,
Wee Memories 73,Free for all,
Totally Papercrafts 89,Layer upon layer.
Thanks for stopping by,
Julie.x

Wow Julie I LOVE this!! I don't think I've ever seen a name book before and I'm definitely going to try this. Seem's to be a lot of work involved but well worth it when you see the finished result. Stunning! xx

This is fabulous! Almost makes me want to have a baby....okay - that is just a lie! But this is so stinkin' sweet! I can't fathom the time this must have taken!
And Fiskars needs to create a cutter that has a storage spot for that ellusive scoring piece!
