Morning, it's time for a new theme at Lavinia Stamps Challenge.
This time the theme is
and if you fancy inking up your Lavinia Stamps and joining the challenge this time, you could be in with a chance of winning the £40 voucher on offer!
Not a lot to tell you about today's cards,
Just some masking, inking and stamping for the first card and some inking, stamping and glittering for the second. Oh, except for the sentiment, for these, I print off whole sheets of A4 card at a time, copying and pasting various sentiments making sure to leave plenty of space between each one so that I can either die cut them or hand cut then I've always got them to hand, It's as easy as that!
I'm using this card for the following challenges:-
CAS79, Bright Colours,
SH365, Summer Brights,
Sketch Saturday 316, Sketch used for second card.
Thanks for stopping by,
Julie.x

The Journey is the Start
Love your sunny, colorful take on the sketch! Thanks for playing along at Sketch Saturday. Hugs, Cathyxx
ReplyDeleteBoth lovely bright cards Julie. Love them both. Kx
ReplyDeleteLove the apparent simplicity of the first card, with the pheasant stamp - I don't think I would ever have considered making a scene like that without filling the whole background with brayered or sponged mountains, etc, but it's very effective to have just the black stamps, the orange sun and that little bit of orange trim at the edge. Less is more! Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteGreat designs and gorgeous vibrant colour Julie xx
