Ladybug Blog Hop!!!!

What do you want first, the good news or the bad? I'd go with the good news every time! :) So the good news is that it's Tuesday and time for a Blog Hop with Ladybug Crafts Ink to celebrate the new release of Christmas stamps. How exciting is that, even the design team haven't seen all of the releases, only the one we've been given to work with so I can't wait to do a bit of hopping myself to see what the rest of the the team have come up with!
The DT have followed this week's challenge theme chosen by Amanda and it's "Christmas in June"
So in the words of Julie Andrews in Sound Of Music,
"Let's start at the very beginning,it's a very good place to start!"
So the first stop on the Hop is Kerry, then follow on from there. Once you've posted your comment here, the next stop on the hop is "Pinky". The winner of the hop will receive all of 4 of Christmas stamps and 5 runners up will each receive their choice of  1 of the stamps.
.

What do you think of the cute stamp I had to play with,it's called "Dear Santa" and comes complete with both of the sentiments shown on my cards.

He was gorgeous to colour,I used Copics and added some stickles to the tree ornaments.

I decided to make a second card, this time using some paper piecing to create a Christmas table cloth and wall paper, not sure I'm happy with the faux stitching here though,I might go back and alter the corners at a later date.

I'm using my cards for the following challenges:-
First card-
MIM43,Anything goes,
CCC30,Die cuts,
Second card-
TSG113,Use at least 3 dies,
PIO26,Circles,
I'm really hoping that you join in with the fun!
Oh and the bad news????? Today's my last spot as Guest Designer with the lovely Ladybugs! Thanks for making me feel so welcome!
Thanks for stopping by,
Julie.x
p.s Some excellent news,up until July 5th,the new stamps will be available at a discounted price of £5.50
