Leaf It Out !

It's time for a new challenge with Scrapbook Sisters and the theme for this week is" Leaves" for my DT card I used the rather lovely Ivy digi by Gayle Bond,it did have some lovely swirly tendrils on the digi but it didn't fit in with my design so  once I'd used the Copics to colour them,I cut round the leaves only.  

My card is just a tiny gift card which I cut using my Nestability Squares,yes I did get the shape right lol I wanted a scalloped rectangle so to achieve this I  cut the square then moved the die along one scallop and ran it through the cuttlebug again,easy!

I'm using this card for the following challenges:
Celebrate The Occasion32,Use ribbon,
MIM56,Anything goes,
The Ribbon Girl 11,Colour challenge,green&brown.

    Am I being thick here? How did you manage not to cut right through the whole piece of card and not end up with a square after all? It sounds a great tip, if I could work out how to do it :( Love the card too!! Di xx
