Just To Remind Ewe!

Morning, how ewe doing? We are one week on for the "Anything Goes Challenge"

I'm still just loving the new
Eunice and Ramsey Digi Images.
Now if you remember, last week  only 11 of the new release were shown, today 5 of the Design team each have another new image, taking us up to 16 altogether.
Kerry is setting a little challenge, if anyone can list the remainder of the images, she will give a random winner today's five digis.
You just need to leave your answer here.

What do you think of this one?

I'm using this card for the following challenges:-
OSAAT, Keep it simple,

HIMC, Embossing.

Framed, Scan N Cut!

I thought I'd share the gift that I made for the recent arrival of a sweet baby girl.

I found this layered box frame on special offer in Sainsburys and thought it would be perfect meaning that I could even add some lovely bunting. I have to say that the Brother Scan N Cut is perfect to create this kind of thing, I used it for the lettering, the triangles for the bunting and also the daisy border.

Whilst I'm here, a little mid way reminder that I'm hosting this fortnight's
"Totally Ladybug Tuesday Challenge"
I used an image from the "Baby, baby digi collection"

I'm using this for the following challenges:-
Bunny Zoe's, Monochrome,

A Reminder And Some News.

Good evening crafters, it's been a beautiful day,I can't believe how strong the sunshine was for October! We certainly are being spoilt!
I just thought I'd give you a little reminder that there is just under one week left if you like to join in with my challenge theme at Ladybug Crafts,

I know, there's not an awful lot of Inky Stitching here but if you look carefully at the bunting you might see some lol!

Check out that gorgeous little face just peeping out from the pram! The image doesn't actually come with a hair bow but I double stamped the pram and used the bow from there!

Whilst you're here, let me share some news with you, Kerry has been busy lining up some new images for you to play with and next week there will be a new release, I CANT WAIT to show you the one that I've got, it's a stunner! Anyway, grab the banner and add it to your side bar to remind yourself to check it out!

Oh Baby Baby!

Evening, it's Team Lou's team up for this fortnight's challenge at Southern Girls and the theme this time is
I have the urge to rap now, Lou must have listened to the same music as I did when I was rather younger but S Salt and Pepper definitely are not here lol!

It's a brilliant week for sponsors this time with some of my particular favourites, check out the challenge blog for full details. I used the rather lovely "Bluey" digi papers by Eiglassing and "Sweet Dreams" by The Paper Shelter.

I hung my coloured image from the aperture cut using my Nellie Snellen frame dies,I also flipped the image so that the reverse of the cut looked just as cute as the front if the suspended image happens to swing around. On the back of the card I added the remnants from when I cut the aperture as a place to write my greeting.

I'm using this card for the following challenges:-
Crafty Creations 175, Baby,
Divas by Design 40, Diecut,
MMCSC62, About the boys,
Papertake, Bingo left hand,vertical,
Daisy Doodles 62, Anything goes,
MIM94, Anything goes,
OLLCB107, Baby Baby.

Nellie!

Having loads of different dies,I never usually buy ready made things to use on my cards but I couldn't resist buying a few cards with some little felt animals when I saw them last year in the Sainsburys, reduced down to 50p for a card of 4 animals.

I thought I could use them to make a few cards to help out a friend who is making cards to raise funds for Great Ormand Street Hospital.I haven't had chance to make many yet but as they say, every little helps!
By coincidence, the card fits well with this weeks Allsorts Challenge 57,couldn't have been closer if I'd have actually seen it before the card was made! I added a peel-off greeting and a couple of buttons and there you go,card complete.
Thanks for stopping by on this hot sunny evening,
Oh and A Very Happy Birthday to my Sister-in-Law for today.(I'll show you the card I made for her later in the week)
Thanks again,
Julie.x

New Baby

I'm really pleased how this card turned out,I know it's simple in design but I just love it.

The cute Giraffe is a stamp from Pink Gem Designs,I stamped him onto white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Ink (now in stock at Scrapbook Sisters) I coloured him using Copics and then used my Revolution Nesting circles,I used the clever little trick that I found on "The Animal Factory" blog where you leave part of the image uncut so that it stays outside of the circle. Can't explain it very well but hopefully you can follow the link where the technique is explained beautifully. I then used Nestabilities to cut a scalloped circle in blue. The name was cut using the sizzix Alpha bubble dies. The card stock, blue ribbon and Woodware greetings stamps were also from Scrapbook Sisters.
Congratulations to Lisa and Justin on the latest addition to your family!
Hope you like the card,
thanks for stopping by,
Julie
