Spot The Difference?

Today was the Scrapbook Sisters last crop before Christmas, at least that's what it was meant to be but the snow put pay to it in November so today was the rescheduled event. It's always great to catch up with friends and fellow crafters though I don't usually get much in the way of crafting done as I'm too busy chatting.

I've had one of those days today where I couldn't colour for a toffee,I usually have no trouble colouring teddy bears but today it took forever,I'm still not 100% happy with the shading.....
Maybe it's because I'm tired but I even suggested that I wasn't going to craft anymore! lol, life without craft,as if. The first picture is the original colouring of the image, see if you can spot the difference between the two pictures........got it yet? Well when I looked at the first photo I thought it looked like I'd had an accident with my green Copic so I took the blender to it and turned the flat green into gingham,in my opinion, much better. If anyone can help me with where I got the freebie digi image from I'd be pleased,I've had it for well over a year but forgot to write it down,it even came with the fun little sentiment. It doesn't show very well but the background paper is in fact beautiful sparkly vellum, very scrummie!
I'm using this card for the following challenges:-
Catch the bug,Anything goes,12.2.11
Little Claires,Anything goes,march 2011
Sew Many Cards 42,Anything goes,
Stamp Something,Use a digi,
Stampin With The Dragon,Anything goes,
Thanks for stopping by,
Julie.x

I love both versions hun, but the gingham patch on his bum is inspired. Absolutely gorgeous! Hugs, Sxx PS. Don't fret sweetie, I've lost count of the number of days when I've threatened to chuck the towel in.

Hi Julie. what a beautiful card. I love the colour scheme - just what we need to remind us that Spring is on the horizon, and the gingham effect on your patch looks great!

Thanks for joining the Little Claire's challenge and we hope to see you there again soon.

He is so cute and cheeky! Why not keep the cake to himself? Sounds smart to me.
I noodled around on Bing looking for his origins. I found a reference to Bentley Bear - over here....http://suelesley.blogspot.com/2010/07/less-is-more.html

The card is sweet as honey.
