Hot Colours With Lavinia.

"A pinch and a punch for the first of the month!"
So that means it's time for a new theme at Lavinia Today.
November's theme is

I sponged a selection of red, gold and yellow inks on to Papermill's  felt card which resulted in an almost leather look. I then stamped Lavinia's "Three Kings" image.

PWC282, Bold colours,

Nothing like a trip to your lovely blog to send me scurrying to 'google' to check out a product! I had never heard of 'felt' cards. So next stop: The Paper Mill store online!
Your card is as dramatic as the thought of the actual event of three kings arriving at the heralding of the new born Christ!
You are right - especially when I popper this card up on my iPad...it DOES look leathery! This is a stunning card! Love the sentiment placement and use of cording.
You ROCK lady!!
