One More Sleep!

Well it's nearly here, just one more sleep! so just a quick post to show you the card I made for my in-laws. I have to say that this card is one of my favourite Christmas makes this year, my other fave was the Magnum and Christmas tree card that I dedicated to the Lovely Ladybugs!

Here's the close up of the Holly that I promised you yesterday,I just scored and shaped it,added some gold pen around the edges and some gold Luster rub on which is  a bit like cream eye shadow.

The image is one of Gayle Bond's along with the sentiment from a forever friends set of stamps. I hand cut the tiny tags and stamped with Dove Craft family stamps.

I stamped the inside of the card too with a snowflake stamp.

I'm using this card for the following challenges:-
Alphabet Challenge,W, White Christmas,
CCC2,Christmas,
DD23,Tags,
Delicious Doodles,Anything goes,
FWSAM99,Frame it,
Stampin for the Weekend 23, Anything goes,
SWTD, Let it snow.
Whatever you are up to tomorrow,I hope you have a wonderful day,
Thanks for stopping by,

Try,try again!

Well, here's the latest update,my laptop's still out of use but I have been given a little lesson on my daughter's so can now post my photos again,
YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!
So here is my most recent of missed card challenges, this one should have been for the Sweet Stop Sketch challenge that finished last night.

My lovely Gorguss girl was a mothers day present, which I coloured with my copics (what else?)

Apart from having to follow the sketch, the challenge was to include something fuzzy.
For this part of the challenge I used a Sizzix die through my cuttlebug to cut out two flowers from felt which I mounted onto my card using a fuzzy brad! I put a dot of glossy accents onto each flower to highlight them.
I hope to actually be able to post some challenges in advance of their closing date some time soon lol!
Thanks for stopping by,
catch you later,
Julie x
